Our family had only hours to take action and help our loved one make the right decision for longer term care, and we could not have done it without the guidance and care of Reflection Family Interventions. Within hours, Shahar knew our entire story, had devised a full plan, and coordinated an interventionist flying in the following morning to learn about our story, our loved one’s struggles, and how to best approach things. Within the first few days, we knew we had made the right choice with Reflection. Now, after 6 months, we don’t know where we’d be without them. For anyone who’s been through this experience, there are a lot of ups and downs. Having Andrew and his team by our side throughout this entire process is what has kept us sane and constantly learning how to grow and improve ourselves. We’ve only been working with Reflections Family Interventions for about a week so far, but the impact has already been profound. Without Andrew's team of experienced interventionists ( shout out to Tiffany) we would not have managed to get our son the help that he so desperately needs. My family found Reflections to help me go to treatment. With the help of Andrew, Shahar, and my interventionist, Eric, I can truly share gratitude for the time/effort this group put towards my recovery and my family’s healing. We did not know where to turn to get the necessary help for our family member who was desperately in need of treatment. We were told about Reflection Family Intervention and called them right away. We spent hours talking with Shahar about the situation and explaining the importance that we needed to get help ASAP. She was a very intent listener and took notes on what we told her. We hired them and immediately we had the intention specialist come. Every step is very well thought through before moving forward. They provided us booklets of information to assist us with the process not only for the family members but steps to help our loved one. They don’t overload you with information but give you the information that you need when you need it. That was so helpful because you are overwhelmed as it is just trying to get help for your loved one. Andrew and Shahar are both very supportive, caring, helpful people that have lots of contacts all over the country and are a wealth of resources for every situation. Reflection Family Interventions has been an enormous calm in a storm that I never thought would have an end. The entire team is genuinely passionate about you and your loved one's recovery. Throughout the entire process of the intervention and even months after your loved one's intervention, they're there to support and coach you through the journey in a way I never thought was possible. I simply cannot praise Drew and Shahar enough. When I needed help for a family members addiction, I had no idea where to turn, after calling multiple Intervention companies and Interventionists I found reflection and instantly felt like family. They also have the most comprehensive family aftercare I could find, and continued to guide my family for six months after our successful intervention. It was scary at first, now I can’t imagine what I would have done without them.
