Founder, CEO
Andrew has held leadership roles across the behavioral health field—including Director of Admissions, Director of Business Development, Program Director, Director of Operations, and CEO of a large scale corporate intervention operation. His extensive experience and dedication culminated in the founding of Reflection Family Interventions, which he established with his wife to fill a critical gap in the treatment process: comprehensive support for the family.
The inspiration behind Reflection came from the encouragement of past clients and trusted colleagues who recognized the unique impact Andrew had in guiding families through crisis. Together, he and his wife built the organization with a clear mission—to help families move beyond simply surviving the mental health or addiction crisis of a loved one and into a place of real healing and transformation.
Andrew has never lost sight of what’s at stake with each call for help: a life, a family, a future. He believes true recovery begins with abstinence and is only fully realized when the entire family engages in their own journey of healing.
Andrew also volunteers his time and expertise serving on the board and leading recovery groups for The Family Recovery Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating and supporting families and loved ones through their own recovery journey.
He holds training and education in intervention, psychology, family systems, and music. As an Eagle Scout, he enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife, children, and dogs— traveling, camping, hiking, and exploring new places together.
